Our future development will pay equal attention to the existing programs in each department/Institute in the college. Emphases will be given
(1) to recruit world-class faculty members,
(2) to develop strong collaborations with local and international colleagues,
(3) to expand collection of books, periodicals, journals and modern equipment and instruments,
(4) to recruit outstanding post-doctors and technicians,
(5) to build a new Science building,
(6) to form a high-level advisory board committee,
(7) to play a critical role to enhance the collaborations between the colleges within the university ,
(8) to set up the Taiwan optics valley in Tainan.
