Programs for Government Employees More and more government employees are seeking a good environment and opportunity to improve their language skills. Taking language classes in our Center is the best choice for the people who live in Tainan and neighboring areas. The programs for government employees consist of listening, speaking, writing, and reading classes in English and Japanese. The program is a one-year course, so all students of this program can learn English and/or Japanese systematically by following the schedule set by the teachers.
