Application for Student Exchange Program 2008-2009

1. The application deadline for Fall semester 2008 is April 30, 2008;
    Spring semester 2009 is November 30.

2. All application forms should be submitted to the following address:

3.  Submit the following documentation:  

•    Application Form (with a passport-sized photo)

•    Two Recommendation Forms

•    A copy of passport (the photo page)

•    Official transcript (English version)

•    Financial statement
**A financial statement should be submitted verifying that you have at least NT$100,000 available for one academic year, or NT$50,000 for one academic semester.

Note:

1.  Application will not be accepted if any of the above documentation is     
     missing or late.

2.  The documentation should be sent to the International Office that 
     coordinates the student exchange program at the applicant’s home university.

3.  No submitted documents will be returned.
