This course is designed to enhance the capability of conducting scientific discussion in English for graduate students.  Two of the registered students in this course will be assigned to give a 15-minute summary presentation, and lead a 25-minute discussion afterwards.  The number of students is to be limited between 10-15.  There will probably be 2 presentations to give for every registered student in this course time.  Assigned student should identify the article to be discussed at least 1 week before the class, and e-mail to the surprising instructor and all participants.
