Research Interests :
The research interest in this laboratory is focused on the separation of biomolecules. Current directions include:
  1. Investigation of the change of protein conformation during chromatographic separation via in-situ detection along optically transparent capillary column.
  2. Application of capillary electrophoresis for the quantitative analysis of DNA-based drugs and disease-causing genes in biological fluids.
  3. Computer simulation and optimization of the separation and purification of biomolecules in analytical as well as in preparative columns. The goal of the research directions is to establish sensitive, efficient and flexible analytical strategies towards the enormous demands in bio-separation. normal and sugar or uv induced cataract rens.
