    結構生物學、蛋白質體學、生物技術、酵素動力學、基因工程學。

    研究方向:

      利用蛋白質結晶學技術進行蛋白質三維結構解析,從原子的角度探索分子間的交互作用機制。

    研究興趣、方向:

      細菌的致病因子或多重抗性蛋白:細菌的致病因子或多重抗性蛋白與細菌的致病能力及抵抗外在環境的能力息息相關,能夠清楚地了解這些蛋白質的作用機轉,將有助於新藥物的開發或治療策略的提供。

      纖維素水解酵素功能性之改良:纖維素水解酵素的三維結構解析,將可以提供酵素的結構資訊用於酵素功能的改良。

      藥用天然物之生合成酵素:解析藥用天然物生合成酵素之三維結構,將有助於後續利用基因工程法進行藥用天然物之生產。
