    新藥研發、人體基因計畫、由人體基因庫中鑑定新分子功能並研發與癌症,心血管疾病,自體免疫,骨質疏鬆等疾病相關的蛋白質新藥或是以幹細胞療法來達到組織再生目的。

    研究興趣:

    本實驗室的研究計劃主要目標是由人體基因計劃的基因庫中去篩選有價值的新分子並鑑定該分子的生物功能,再進一步把該新分子研發成醫學新藥。研究的範圍包括 cytokines, cytokine receptors和 chemokines。 藉這些新分子的研發,希望能對癌症、免疫系統失調、心血管疾病或骨質疏鬆症等疾病加以治療。
    我們也正在研發以幹細胞療法來治療中風、腎衰竭等疾病。
