  • 乳癌病基因研究:由臨床癌化乳腺細胞,選殖其表現異常蛋白質基因,探討其致癌機制及尋求其防治。

  • DNA複製及損傷修復機制研究:探討其有關蛋白質DNA複製損傷修復或細胞死亡程式等涉及的訊息傳遞與扮演的角色。

  • 細菌感染致病機制:研究國人易受感染之細菌致病重要因子,探討其致病機制並尋求在臨床之防治。

  • 微生物應用及酵素開發:環保、食品、農業等微生物菌株基因工程改良,新型酵素之基因選殖及開發。
