    過敏與免疫

    研究方向:

    生化免疫、過敏氣喘機制、先天免疫基因、肺泡表面蛋白作用

    研究興趣:

  • 肺泡表面蛋白在氣喘過敏發炎所扮演的角色:肺泡表面蛋白SPA與SPD除了在肺部扮演第一線免疫防禦外,尚可結合過敏原,並使得IgE不與過敏原結合,同時我們發現免疫蛋白可與淋巴球表面附著蛋白,抑制其生成反應,具有免疫調控的作用,進一步的研究在於SPA/SPD,如何在接合Adhesion Moleular後的信息傳遞反應,來達到免疫的調控反應。

  • 肺泡表面蛋白是否能作為基因治療的非病毒型,嶄新的載體,達到自氣管吸入後進行genetransfer及基因免疫接種的目的。

  • 台灣地區好發過敏氣喘家族的HLA typing及氣喘基因的研究。

  • 抗體工程研究。
